Cascade Consulting offers a fully customizable core competency-based 360 degree feedback process, which specifically targets unique strengths & challenges of the manager/executive being reviewed. This process is anonymous for participating feedback respondents, which encourages increased detail.
The level of customization is unlimited. There is an initial core competency sort based on job level in the organization. Following the sort, the selected core competency definitions can then be further customized to dial in specificity and effectiveness. These competencies are then incorporated into a confidential survey. Concurrently, respondents with knowledge of the 360 participant are identified.
Following a survey process to obtain confidential feedback from respondents, the resulting data set is then consolidated into a Leadership Development Assessment (LDA). Cascade Consulting will then sit down with the participating manager/executive and assist them in interpreting the feedback, as the amount of data received can be quite overwhelming.
This 1:1 LDA review includes the creation of a professional development plan so that the data can be quickly operationalized into action steps and professional gains.

A leadership and management development program can be a recurring short term program which is cohort or individually based and customized around on the strengths and challenges presented in the training group.
